Zillow

Everyone I have recently talked to about buying or selling their house tells me they have looked at Zillow and their "Zestimates". When you look at those prices in comparison to actually sales comps there is always a huge discrepancy.

A friend sent me this article that truly says it best - Zestimates is a starting point. This is an excellent read.
